After cutting, each piece is checked on a light table to detect any faults before construction.

When embroideries are cut in panels, our team prepares and tickets each panel to allow the embroiderer to respect dye baths.

Cutting

Equipped with the most diverse tools to answer a wide variety
of requests, cutting is done by a team of 7 people with complementary skills.

Stack-cutting is done by a Gerber automatic cutter. It allows for high-precision cutting of small and large series. A Lectra Gerber interface allows us to use patterns which have been finalized in-house.

Cutting fabrics with motifs and repeats is done on a table with spikes.

In certain cases, our staff does individual cutting to offer optimal quality.
