This service functions in a network on six Lectra computers equipped with digitalization tables for automatic placement, software to establish technical, computerized spec sheets plus tracing and cutting tables linked to the network.

Patternmaking & Gradation: Digitalization

The muslins - collection models made in size 34 or 36 - are converted to size 38 to assure clients and final customers standard sizes and comfortable models.

After a group meeting with the client’s commercial and artistic direction, patterns are completely standardized. A duplicate in size 38, incorporating the different requests of the commercial and technical services, allows us to approve both the final pattern and all manufacturing processes.

After client validation, this duplicate will serve as a final prototype in the workshop while the series is manufactured.
