Our stocking zone with a loading dock is equipped to receive and handle quality fabrics.

When each fabric is received it undergoes precise quality control : pieces are measured, verified, tested for shrinkage, reaction to ironing and number of slubs ; cutting lots are prepared based on dye baths using a spectrocolor meter ; fabrics are heat-pressed when necessary.

Each reception of supplies is verified for quality in comparison with a reference from the collection and verified that the correct quantity has been delivered.

Purchases

Our Buying service, using manufacturing software, orders sample and production fabrics and trims and negotiates buying terms.

We obtain confirmation of manufacturing due dates.
We oversee that suppliers honor delivery dates.
